IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND RULES

Below are listed the two ways to submit images to be viewed.

For viewing only at meetings

Download your JPEG image on a thumb drive and bring into a meeting. Please bring up to 5 images only. Your image will be downloaded onto the club computer and shown that evening. Images are removed from the club computer after each meeting. We ask that you name your images using the format below.

NAMING FORMAT

First Name Last Name <period> Name of Image <period>number1-5

example: johndoe.mountains.1 johndoe.eagle.2 johndoe.smilingboy.3

For viewing on the website gallery

Members living in the Idaho Treasure Valley may display up to two images on the website. The criteria that must be met is listed below. These were set so that your images will work with our website.

-JPEG file size not to exceed 2 MB (2000 KB)

-Maximum of two images submitted -Image must be named according to the NAMING FORMAT above

• Attach image(s) to an e-mail addressed to treasurevalleycameraclub@gmail.com

• If you want credit for the image included in light gray on the image, put that information the way you want it in the body of your email.
